Miriam has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years.

These special classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this empowering style of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a technology for Self Transformation and personal development. It improves physical, mental, and emotional stability and yields to increased awareness, sensitivity, and vitality. The unleashed energy is called Kundalini. The goal of Kundalini Yoga is the gentle awakening, distribution, and application of this energy in the whole human being. Classes will cover Kriyas (physical postures) Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (Chanting), Meditation and the philosophical aspects of Kundalini Yoga.
