Children are always active and are very observant and curious to know things. They are easily distracted and go with the flow. As they are full of energy they tend to involve in lot of activities. Going to school, studying, interacting with family and friends, playing sports these could keep them on their toes like busy bees. Sometimes it is important for the children to learn to breath, understand emotions and learn to stay calm, still, relax and chill. With practice of Yoga they can to interact with calm attitude, to stay in the moment, to do deep relaxing techniques and learn to deal with their own ways of learning life.

With regular practice of Asana, stretches, deep bends, stills, balances they involve in doing poses with much ease, stretching with greater flexibility and so reduce the chances of strain and injuries with training/sports etc

Learning to breath and practice mindfulness and meditation can be a great opportunity for kids to improve memory, concentration, intelligence etc
