Intermediate Yoga Classes
Are you an enthusiastic experienced Yogi? Are you interested in practicing with a bit of an extra effort to stretch, bend, hold still, and move at a level that pushes to your maximum limit? Are you interested in exploring your skills of bend and stretch and while you hold the poses you allow yourself to breath, stay in the moment and stay with your thoughts and seek the inner you?
Then this is the class for you. It is not about the perfectionism of getting to the full blown proportion of pose, but it is the effort in getting into it and exploring your limits and balance of mind and body
