Beginner Yoga Classes in Midleton
Starting Yoga , as a very beginner or trying to get back after a break or just choosing to stay at beginners level feel welcoming and not overwhelming. At Gita Yoga, the beginners classes give you plenty preparation to warm up and wind down, stretch through your own way of working through the poses, a relaxed pace of practice, with plenty opportunity to stretch and relax. Wind down with deep relaxation and feel rejuvenated while you complete the practice.
P.S. It might be helpful to notify of any limitations prior to the class. Also, expressing your intentions of practice might help the instructor to design the class too
