Yoga as it is
The type of Yoga is ‘Yoga as it is’, that means Yoga as it was originally scripted as in books of Gita, Patanjali. And it is taught by the early teachers of from thousands of years ago and transformed through generations.
The classes are designed to suit the beginners and experienced ones.
The class begins with breathwork, warm ups to get into the class, unwind and prepare for the practice of postures.
Which combines the practice of balancing, stretching, contracting, twisting, bringing the sequences through an order of concentrating on various joints, group of muscles, organs, systems.
And co ordinating the movements of the body along with breathing. In turn which helps to ease the efforts of practice and help to focus, still the mind, destress. Find a point of balancing the emotions and most of all, to have a great time practicing together.
The chanting and meditation brings the bliss of peace of mind.
The mixed level classes allow you to find your own level of flexibility, strength and pace that you could practice with.
Get the best of the results that you need. It allows you to be yourself in the class and that you do not have match with everyone else in the class.
The classes are conducted as a set of 8 classes in a row. Which brings you through the detailed journey of covering various different poses for different areas of Musculo-skeletal system. And follow a theme of breathing exercises for chakra and immune strength. The relaxation part of the class deepens the calming effect for mind and body.
